Job responsibilities:
1. Formulate the development plan and annual business objectives of the central kitchen;
2. Be responsible for the guidance and supervision of business work, and review the work plan and policies, programs or systems formulated;
3. Be responsible for controlling the completion progress of various task indicators of each department, and instructing relevant departments to revise work objectives, management measures and policies and plans;
4. Externally responsible for handling business decisions, government docking and business negotiation within the authorization on behalf of the company;
5. Be responsible for handling and solving emergencies in the process of operation and management;
6. Complete other important matters authorized by the board of directors.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above; Under 50 years old, major in food management is preferred.
2. At least 5 years of operation and management experience in central kitchen and food related industries is preferred;
3. Experience in applying for large-scale projects and writing relevant documents;
4. Have excellent leadership ability, team management ability, good communication and coordination ability and the ability to grasp the overall situation;
5. Strong sense of responsibility, dedication, ability to solve problems independently and strong pressure resistance;
6. Treatment: 400000-800000 yuan / year, to be discussed in person.
