On June 6, 2021, "taihefang fiscal year 2020 summary and fiscal year 2021 plan meeting" was successfully held in Xi'an. Chen Daofu, chairman of the group, Chen Chao, vice president and general manager of taihefang, Du Yongbin, vice president, and middle and senior managers of the group and taihefang attended the meeting. On the basis of summarizing the operation and management work in 2020, the meeting defined the ideas, objectives and key work of operation and management in 2021.



At the meeting, the heads of the company's systems and departments focused on the completion of 2020 tasks and objectives, the main problems existing in the work and the work plan for 2021. In fiscal year 2020, all system departments of the company closely focused on the business objectives set by the company last year, increased revenue and expenditure, reduced costs and increased efficiency, clarified the responsibilities and rights of each department, implemented the responsibilities to the people, and decomposed the tasks at all levels, so as to lay a good foundation for the steady and healthy development of the company.

Chen Chao, general manager of the company, made a speech after listening to the work reports of the heads of various system departments. He fully affirmed the achievements of the company's work in 2020 and called for further strengthening standardized management and highlighting key points on the basis of the achievements. He stressed that in fiscal year 2021, it is necessary to continue to implement the strategic policy of "sales as king, increasing revenue and reducing expenditure". On this basis, marketing should continue to optimize the cost-effectiveness ratio and carry out and strengthen the "three comprehensive" work; Supply chain links require high turnover, low inventory and zero slack; Further improve the efficiency of production personnel and earnestly fulfill their responsibilities and rights; R & D is based on the present and technology prospects for the future.


In order to further unify ideas, confirm objectives and clarify responsibilities, the signing ceremony of letter of responsibility for objectives in 2021 was held in the presence of middle and senior managers of the group and the company.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Chen Daofu, chairman of the group, clearly positioned taihefang's development ideas around the four aspects of "consistent direction, planning and strategy, primary and secondary operation and management, internal increase and outsourcing to eliminate the bad and preserve the good, strong momentum and stable listing", and delivered an important speech on the overall deployment of taihefang's work in fiscal year 2021. The chairman stressed that taihefang has made great achievements in 2020. In 2021, we will connect the past and the future. Facing the new situation, taihefang must be vigilant in times of peace, the pace of progress cannot stop, and the road of development is heavy and long. The chairman proposed that under the leadership of general manager Chen Chao, taihefang employees should, as always, unite as one, adhere to the three-year goal and strategic direction without deviation, expand external operation and internal control management, and ensure another brilliance in 2021.
